The staff were friendly professional clean & tidy. All my dietary needs were met, the food was tasty and presented well.
Nursing staff were kind considerate and listen to concerns.

I have just had a total hip replacement in august carried out by the Marvellous Mr Sabur Malek, at Colman Hill, From when I was referred by my GP till I had my operation I was treated with respect and dignity, Mr Malek,, was wonderful, he explained everything he was going to do, explained there might be problems, but put me at ease, as he could fix them. I didn’t have any problems at all. My operation has been a complete success. And has given me back quality of life. Mr Malek, and his marvellous team of aneathetists, and nurses will have my heartfelt thanks and gratitude forever.

I couldn't have wished for better care at coleman hill all the staff were fantastic from the second i walked in until the time that I left, I would recommend the west Midlands hospitals 100%.

Amazing staff from the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and cared for.
Everyone was so friendly and professional. Just an amazing place to recover from an op. Can not tha k everyone enough.

I was amazed by the staff and the hospital itself. Having 2 surgeries here, both times I felt the hospital was clean, safe and a nice environment to be in. The teams on duty during my care were all amazing and it certainly helped in the lead up to and after my surgeries. I would certainly use this hospital again and recommend to others.

This has got to be the most amazing hospital I have ever been to the service was great the staff are all amazing and my surgeon mr Morsi was the best.

Fabulous staff from the second you walk into reception to the time you leave whether it be reception, nurses, consultants or catering. I felt like I was at a hotel for the time I was there. Food was also very nice.

West Midlands Hospital have over the last 18 months treated me in a very Professional, but friendly manner, they understand that patients have anxieties and concerns any procedures that could be involved, and are always ready to listen to these concerns, and act in your best interests. The care and treatment that I received was delivered in a very efficient, friendly and Professional manner. They have upgraded their procedures in line with all Covid requirements to ensure that you receive your care in a Covid safe environment, so that there is a limited impact to their waiting as is possible, Thankyou to you all.
